Students on an art track can complete their 100 level design sequence and some of their 100 and 200 level drawing classes while still in HS.    
All other college bound students can easily accumulate elective credits towards their gen. ed. requirements.  
This is great opportunity for everyone!!!!  Students can earn up to 23 college elective credit by completing the full 4 year ART program and PHS.  

ART 115 - Basic Design I - 3 college credits.  (PHS ART III)
Design issues in the context of the contemporary visual world. Explores the elements and principles of visual design.
ART 116 - Basic Design II - 3 college credits - (PHS ART II)
Color theory, relationship, and organization in the context of the contemporary visual world. Explores the elements and principles of visual design.
ART 117 - Basic Design III - 3 college credits - (PHS ART IB & ART IV)
Three-dimensional design (space, forms, materials, and methods) in the context of the contemporary visual world. Explores the elements and principles of visual design.
ART 131 - Intro to Drawing - 3 college credits - (PHS ART I & ART IB)
A studio experience exploring basic drawing techniques, materials, and concepts.   A conceptual framework for critical analysis is presented along with basic art theory.
